Soil-based Probiotic like this one seem to be the only type that help my SIBO and IBS symptoms get better. One major difference I've noticed is the improved quality and consistency of my bowel movements. And I haven't had any side effects (like increased bloating) from this probiotic. So... YAY! I've only been on it for a few weeks, but so far so good. Keeping fingers and toes crossed.
